This invigorating 60-minute session combines three powerful movement and mindfulness practices to refresh your whole being:
20 Minutes Rebounding: Bounce on mini trampolines to stimulate your lymphatic system, boost circulation, and elevate energy with low-impact, high-intensity movement.
20 Minutes Pilates: Focus on controlled movements that strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
20 Minutes Stretch & Meditation: Deep stretching and guided meditation to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate relaxation.
