Jenfit is offering 2 private Facebook groups in FEBRUARY!

Lymphatic Therapy : learn about this important system and how to effectively do self massage therapy and how to use lymphatic tools successfully!

Food Swap for Cleaner Eating : learn to read food labels and make realistic swaps in your life to make BIG changes in your health.

Both are 10 day education groups.

Each day will include a filmed live education class by Jen. You can ask questions in the group or privately to Jen anytime!

NO need to catch her live , this is self paced and saving the videos is encouraged so you have the info forever!

Cost: $25 pp for each group.

Payment: Venmo Jen-Thompson-44 or cash/check

Invites: will be sent as soon as you tell Jen you want in!
