Fun girls day at Jenfit & Fresh today!!!

This amazing mother/daughter duo came to celebrate a birthday in real wellness style!

The mom was SO thankful to her daughter for wanting to help her better her health!!!

They started with a body scan, did the full therapy spa, and then finished with a Jenfit & Fresh meal as I talked thru their scan results.

They asked questions and learned a lot of realistic ways to enhance their health!!!

Plus they got to relax, giggle and just unwind!
