Due to an unexpected shipping issue, the neurotoxin shipment that arrived was unfortunately warm and could not be used. A new shipment is scheduled to arrive Wednesday afternoon.

Because of this, availability for this week will be:

We have a few intakes, prescriptions, and refills to process later this afternoon. Please bear with us as we work through them.

Going forward, all messages from both Android and iMessage users should be sent in a group message that includes the provider at 620-215-6889 and Carrie at 620-215-3542. This will help prevent any missed communication.

We have also found a way to potentially retrieve older Android messages. Verizon provided several hundred messages that I am currently reviewing, and I expect to have this completed by this weekend. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.
