Just a reminder: All invoices must be paid in full before any prescriptions can be placed.

If you are actively losing weight, a 12-week follow-up appointment is required.
If you are on maintenance, a 6-month follow-up is required in order to receive refills when needed.

Meet Kari Ann, our newest nurse at Kallos Wellness + Refine MedSpa.

She’ll be the providers right hand and assistant. She will be helping with messages, check-ins, scheduling, provider communication, prescriptions, and general follow-ups.

She has trained with us over the past few months and has done amazing!! Future in person services will be available as well.

Important Reminders from Kallos Wellness + Refine MedSpa

Hi everyone! We’re currently going through a few transitions, so please be patient as we work to respond to messages as quickly as possible.

A few important reminders:
• Please submit refill requests at least one week before you run out of your medication.
• Please remember to be kind and respectful to our staff—we’re here to help you.
• Refills and prescriptions will no longer be placed until all overdue balances are paid in full.

Unfortunately, due to repeated misuse of our system, we’ve had to tighten our policies. We truly dislike having to make these changes, but as a small business, we must ensure our processes remain fair and sustainable so we can continue providing quality care to all of our clients.

If you need additional time, we are happy to arrange a temporary payment plan of $25 per month through the holiday season. Please contact us to set this up.

All messages sent to our main line this week will be fully reviewed and responded to by this evening.

We have been very busy transitioning to our new system, so we kindly ask for your patience as we work out a few remaining kinks. If, for any reason, you did not receive a response this week, please message our main line at 620-215-6889, and we’ll make sure to follow up as soon as possible.

Starting in November, we’re excited to launch a new system designed to help our nurses and nurse practitioners care for our patients more efficiently. This system will streamline initial prescriptions and refills, send appointment reminders, and include educational tools for weight loss and weight management. It will also allow you to conveniently set up payment plans if needed.

With our growing team, we’re thrilled to announce the addition of another provider and an additional nurse to better assist with:
• General questions
• Follow-up appointments
• Five-week check-in support
