What's the difference in Vitamin B12 & NAD+? 🧐
Vitamin B12 is a single vitamin essential for red blood cell production. It helps with fatigue, low mood & nerve health. It can also enhance metabolism. It supports energy levels, but does not work on the cellular level like NAD+. The effects are often more short-term.
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It provides a boost in energy production at a cellular level. It can enhance brain function, DNA repair & cell regeneration. Many patients report improved skin health. NAD+ slows down aging and reduces oxidative stress (damage to your cells).
So in summary.. Vitamin B12 is great for a boost, but it doesn't go as deep as NAD+. NAD+ is like a full body reboot. While both are great for energy production, NAD+ is doing deeper work to provide long-term energy. Our patients often combine these to create what we call "The Natural Buzz." 💉⚡️
