Inflammation is your body's built-in defense system designed to protect & heal. When inflammation is acute - like swelling from a cut - it's doing its job. But when inflammation becomes chronic it's a different story. Instead of helping, it starts working against you, quietly damaging your body & increasing the risk of serious diseases.
🔍 What is chronic inflammation?
A prolonged & persistent immune response that can last months or even years. It happens when the body's immune system continues to release inflammatory chemicals even when there is no obvious injury or infection. This can be linked to heart disease, diabetes & autoimmune disorders.

Several things can contribute - a poor diet rich in processed foods, sugar or unhealthy fats, a sedentary lifestyle, chronic stress, poor sleep, environmental toxins, poor methylation, poor gut health. These factors create a cycle that perpetuates the problem.
