Now Hiring: Part-Time Medicaid Billing Specialist 🧾
Sprouts Therapy Center is looking for a part-time Medicaid Billing Specialist to join our pediatric outpatient therapy team! We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in medical billing to help keep our billing processes running smoothly.
Position Details:
• Part-time: 2–3 days per week
• Flexible hours
• Supportive, team-oriented pediatric clinic environment
Responsibilities:
• Submitting secondary insurance claims
• Investigating denied Medicaid claims
• Submitting and tracking prior authorizations (experience with Atrezzo preferred)
• Verifying Medicaid insurance coverage
• Contacting Medicaid payers for claim clarification and resolution
• Assisting with TEFRA-related processes
Qualifications:
• Medical billing experience required
• Medicaid billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Oklahoma Medicaid is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
