Covington Court Health and Rehabilitation Center is a caring, home-like environment with the added bonus of professionally trained nurses, certified nurses’ aides, and therapists. Serving the city of Fort Smith, Sebastian County and the greater north-western Arkansas Region, the Covington Court Health and Rehabilitation Center offers a wonderful alternative to a traditional long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Beautifully decorated and pleasant common areas create a warm and welcoming environment. Each resident can relax in the outdoor courtyards and take part in the many daily activities that keep residents active and involved.

🌺 Aloha from Covington Court H&R! We brought the island vibes to our residents with a tropical Luau celebration. Complete with leis, palm trees, and a delicious island-inspired spread! 🌺🍤🍓

From the festive decor to the fun outfits and tasty treats, it was a day full of sunshine, smiles, and sweet memories. Mahalo to everyone who helped make this event a success! 🌴🍍

🌟 We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible progress of Mrs. Carolyn McAllister here at Covington Court Health & Rehab!

Admitted on August 5th, 2025 following a hospital stay, Mrs. McAllister initially required substantial to maximum assistance with bed mobility, transfers, dressing, and self-care. But thanks to her hard work, determination, and the support of our amazing therapy team, she’s made tremendous progress in just 4 weeks! 💪✨

Now, Mrs. McAllister is walking independently with an assistive device, managing her daily care, and, best of all, headed home this week! 🏡👏 Congratulations, Mrs. McAllister! Your journey is an inspiration to us all. 💙
