Damian Hull from Regions Bank was promoted to Branch Manager at the downtown Fort Smith branch since his last visit. He returned to the Bost Fort Smith ADC/Work Development Program as part of our ongoing Community Outreach Series on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Participants were excited to see him again, and several remembered his previous visit in August of last year, including his discussion about fishing. During his visit, Damian shared another hobby, building model cars and he brought examples representing each phase of the process, allowing individuals served to see the progression from start to completion. They asked great questions about model car building and were also interested in hearing about his recent fishing adventures. We appreciate Damian and Regions Bank for their continued partnership and commitment to the Community Outreach Series.

The 2026 Area 4 Special Olympics Track and Field Event was held on Friday, April 10, 2026. Bost ADDT Fort Smith was proud to have 33 athletes participate in this event. Both athletes and staff enjoyed the day, as the Bost ADDT team demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship and performance. Bost athletes achieved exceptional success in the track events, earning a total of 10 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals and 5 Bronze Medals in the track events. Athletes competed in a variety of events, including walks, runs and relays. Bost athletes continued their strong showing in the field events, bringing home 13 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals. Field event competitions included tennis ball throw, softball throw and shot put.

Overall, the athletes represented Bost ADDT Fort Smith with dedication, determination, and pride, truly “showing up and showing out” throughout the competition.
