A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dr. Passmore earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her residency in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery at The Lahey Clinic Medical Center at Harvard University. She came back to her home town of Fort Smith, AR and began serving the Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery needs of the River Valley. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and has over 20 years of experience.
