AFS is growing fast...and it’s because of the heart, grit, and compassion you bring every single day. Our desire has always been simple: help people Thrive Together...staff, individuals we serve, and everyone who steps through our doors.
Now, we’re ready to open that circle even wider.
On Tuesday, November 4th, at the AFS Campus (400 S. 18th Street, Fort Smith, AR), we’re holding a Hiring Event with Open Interviews from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We’re looking for kind, dependable people who believe that caring for others is more than a job...it’s a calling.
If you know someone who’s been waiting for a chance to do meaningful work, tell them to hop on the AFS Bus and come see us. There’s a seat waiting for them at our table, in our family, and in the work that we do that helps people grow, smile, and truly thrive.
Applicants should bring:
Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle Insurance
Social Security Card
High School Diploma or GED
