What an incredible week at Legacy Health and Rehabilitation Center! Our team has officially completed our QA audit — and we did it with strength, unity, and excellence. ✔️📋💙

From nursing to dietary, environmental services to maintenance, therapy, activities, social services, business office, and administration — every single department stepped up. The teamwork, communication, and dedication shown during this process made all the difference.

Our staff worked together, supported one another, stayed organized, and made sure our residents continued receiving the highest level of care throughout the entire audit. That’s what sets Legacy apart — the heart, the hustle, and the commitment behind every shift.
