February is Heart Health Month, and understanding the signs of a heart attack can save lives, especially for older adults and the people who care about them. ❤️ Heart attacks don’t always look the way people expect. Some symptoms are sudden and intense
but many begin slowly with mild discomfort. Knowing what to look for can make all the difference!

Today at Legacy Health & Rehab was full of laughter and fun! 🎉 Our residents had a great time playing “Bizzy Pants” alongside our DON and Administrator. Moments like these remind us that connection, smiles, and a little friendly competition are just as important as great care.

We love creating opportunities for our residents to stay active, engaged, and surrounded by joy every day. ❤️
