Seva Yoga Studios is dedicated to bringing yoga to everyone. We offer beginner to advanced classes, free "Seva" classes for those who need a therapeutic practice but may not be able to afford it or know where to begin, and donation-based "Service" classes designed to give back to the Arkansas River Valley community. Please browse our classes and schedule to find the right class for you, sign up online, or simply come by our studio in Maybranch Square.

I believe travel reveals possibility. I host retreats because our community resides in a small town tucked away from many dangers, and many wonders. Taking a trip and stepping into the unknown is easier with friends who remind you to pause and breathe.

But I don't host retreats in spaces trying to mimic the comforts of the United States. If we retreat to a volcanic island expect to climb. If we retreat to a secluded village expect a lesson in local culture. If we retreat to a 400 year old house expect imperfection, and character, and history. And perhaps a haunting or two.

Are you really traveling if everywhere you go looks like home? Are you really practicing yoga if comfort is on demand? Madeira is a far, far cry from roughing it. She has luxury to balance her edge. She is both exotic and familiar, commanding and kind. She offers 4 seasons in a day with a side of killer wine and surprisingly killer pizza. She is not easy. She expects effort. She wants you to earn her bounty. She really is the woman we either aspire to be, or be with. A secret island who knows her worth, Madeira only shares her secrets with those willing to meet her on her terms.

Trust her and she reveals a world of possibility.
