Little Hands at Play Therapy of Fort Smith & Fayetteville AR, provides Pediatric Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Feeding Therapy services for children aged birth to 21 years old. We aim to improve the lives of families from Fort Smith, Fayetteville Van Buren, and nearby River Valley communities. We are also credentialed in Oklahoma and can provide our services to Oklahoma residents (e.g. Soonercare). We work with conditions, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Sensory Processing Disorder. We also provide services focusing on Feeding aversions, Oral Motor Dysfunction, Handwriting, and Dyslexia. Our office is in the Waldron Place building directly across the street from Central Mall on South Waldron Road.

Our littles enjoyed mock trick or treating so they were well equipped to conquer the biggest Halloween buckets on the neighborhood blocks this Halloween season! 👻
Such a fun week full of costumes, crafts, and candy.

We’re now ready for November and thankful Thanksgiving! 🦃🤎💛🧡

What an amazing evening we had at our Annual Halloween Trail-of-Fun. It was filled with spooky fun, sweet treats, and even sweeter memories! From trick-or-treating through the booths to creative face painting, laughter, and the most adorable costumes — this year’s Fall Fest had it all. 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️🧛‍♀️
Whether you were showing off your costume, getting your face painted or filling your candy bag to the brim, you helped make this event truly special. 💛🎨🖌️🎃🧛🍬
