Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Brownwood Life Care Center, 7500 Wells Lake Rd., Fort Smith, AR
Duties: Transport clients to doctor appointments both in town and out of town
Certification: No certification required; CNA certification preferred
Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test and current drivers License

We are just a few days away from the beginning of our spirit week. BLCC staff and clients get ready for a fun week. Our staff have been working hard on all there themes for the week . We can’t wait to see what they bring. Lots of fun food and movies. Also tonight we have our puppet show. Everyone this is so much fun for our clients. We can’t wait.
