LPN & RNs NEEDED!
SHIFT OPTIONS:
· Night shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) works three twelve-hour nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) working 36-hours and get paid for 40-hours; DAY Shift works three twelve-hour (6:30a-7:00PM) working 36-hours and get paid for 40-hours.
DAY SHIFT HAS 2 FULL TIME SPOTS AVAILABLE DURING THE WEEK, REQUIRING ONE WEEKEND A MONTH!!
WEEKEND DAYS SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6:00AM-10PM Working 16 hour days and paid for 36 hours.
NIGHT SHIFT Starting Pay $28 (LPN)hr $34 (RN)hr and DAY SHIFT (LPN)$26/hr DAY SHIFT $32(RN) .
We are wanting amazing nurses to join our team! We are a 50 bed ICF/IID in Fort Smith, Arkansas providing care for those with developmental disabilities between 2 and 51 years of age.

· Brownwood nurses are assigned no more than 26 clients per nurse.
Different Duties Apply: Treatment Nurse, Floor Nurse, Medication cart and feeding.

General Responsibilities:
· Administers medications/performs treatments as prescribed by the physician
· Administer enteral feedings to clients as ordered by the physician
· Ability to work with limited supervision and to make decisions based on established policies and procedures
· Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional working relationship with the clients and their families, supervisors, co-workers, physicians, and visitors
· Documentation of clients’ health status in medical record Is responsible for providing the highest quality of care to clients possible. Other duties as assigned.
