But we still have to choose obedience and discipline.

I encourage you to try this Sparkling protein It’s sooo good, 🤤 and an easy way to add 30 g muscle💪 retaining, 🔥fat burning proteins into your daily regimen. I found this at Sam’s Club.
And remember the rule of thumb for weight loss is to take your body weight and multiply it by 0.8 that number is your minimum daily protein GOAL for example:
