Maintenance Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Support Services,directs and supervises the activities involved in maintaining the hospital building, equipment, minor construction, and the maintenance of hospital grounds. Supervises the duties of department employees performing the functions of the department. Also works as an independent technician.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent and 2 years of technical school preferred; A/C license preferred. Leadership and management abilities and effective oral and written communication skills.

Full-Time Maintenance Operator
Responsible for basic maintenance and testing throughout the hospital. Works as an independent technician following a daily dispatch log and work orders. Conducts daily safety inspections as well as fire system testing, electrical safety testing and other utility system inspections. Maintains testing logs.
