Overnight Oats:
(with protein & berries)
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup milk (Fairlife for those with lactose intolerance )
* 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (can be flavored- need full fat)
* 1 Tbsp honey (raw & unfiltered)
* 1/2 cup berries of choice

Mix oats, milk, and Greek yogurt in a jar.
Add berries and honey, then refrigerate overnight.
