1. Speak the wellness, not the illness:
- it’s so easy to get caught up in the medical minutia and details about the prognosis and treatments. Keep your focus on “getting well” not “getting out of sickness.” Perspective makes all the difference in the world ✨
2. There is always hope
- Regardless of what the doctors say, God is fighting this battle with you and for you. Don’t forget that. Lean into Him and keep the faith💪🏻
3. Surround yourself with a team
- Have multiple trusted people and practitioners you can rely upon. If something seems funky about a doctor you see, don’t go back. Any medical provider that tells you you are not allowed to see anyone else besides them is a red flag🚩
4. Protect your peace
- This is not the time to pour out your cup to others around you. Be open to people breathing life into you and be steadfast in protecting your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Guard your energy and your peace.
5. Get a second or third opinion
- If it weren’t for my parents getting another opinion, I would not be alive today. Trust your gut, and if something does not sit well with you, go elsewhere to seek guidance and another vantage point‼️

Yes, there is a big difference between a mineral-dense Celtic or Maldon sea salt versus the salt on a fast food French fry.

But truly, I have been prescribing salt to patients lately for anything from high blood pressure and muscle cramping to sleep issues and fatigue.

Here’s to undoing the lie we grew up with that salt is the root of all evil. It’s high time to give it the credit it deserves🤌🏼

The liver has in impact on skin, GI motility, hormones of the body, energy levels, and more. It’s just a matter of identifying when it needs help 🆘

It seems like an eternity ago yet only yesterday all at the same time. I am so incredibly grateful for my family and community, because without your prayers I know very well I wouldn’t be alive.

So here’s to the kiddos this month. Here’s to their purity, their faith, their grit, and their light. I see you and I believe in you ✨

It’s funny isn’t it? How we can be blessed with so much life changing knowledge because we ourselves have lived it; yet, people don’t want to hear it. Or listen. Or even entertain your advice when they’ve even asked for it.

I’ve learned to surrender it. And that all I’m called to do is plant seeds and invite. The rest just isn’t up to me

My Story

Chiropractic medicine helped save my life after I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness as a child. Western medicine said there was “nothing more they could do,” and there “was no hope of recovery.” Through copious amounts of prayer, numerous lifestyle changes, and a plethora of alternative medicine practitioners, I survived. I feel immensely blessed to be in a position now to serve and heal others in a similar way.
