Monday Updates: last week was a record 38 appointments in a single week. That means I tired today, that means even people that I haven't seen in years come back around, and my finally realization is that people get hurt in such creative ways! I heard so many injuries and manners in which people hurt themselves last week. Weird - must have something to do with what's going on up in outer space right now... Anyways, this week is slow and therefore I have available tomorrow afternoon and Wednesday all day. When I'm slow, I typically move into networking mode and I will be stopping at local mechanics shops to re-introduce myself to NKY. I adjust hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. The more mechanics that know that - the better. I'm also going to Olla Taco to meet with a colleague later in the week which should be awesome. I love Olla - best barria tacos.

Monday Updates: fall is in full swing and our phones are starting to glow from calls. No marketing events planned for the week. Most of my availability this week is before Thursday. I'm excited that the kids will be down here with me Thursday to poke around thomas pumpkin walk and eat wings afterwards! Last week was exhausting and I'm just now starting to feel normal again - busy day today fielding calls, texts, posts, and getting notes done! Happy Monday, yall.

Monday Updates: we have mostly afternoon availability this week. Today, I am handing out flyers to local mechanics and I will be meeting with a local personal injury attorney on Wednesday! Lawyers know people who have been in car wrecks and chiropractors help people who have sustained injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents - so its a win win from both parties. Friday afternoon I will be covering for another chiropractor therefore I only have 2 appointments left for Friday. Next week will be back to normal. In other news, Felix turned 8 on Saturday (happy birthday, buddy) and his uncle promised to put him on one of his billboards. This is the end result ;) Happy Monday, yall.

Monday Updates: it feels like everyone got hurt last week. I did a lot of marketing in September and October will be no different. I have had a patient of mine open a stretch business in Newport and I will be doing a post on him once he gets his storefront established. This is the second week of October so that means fall break is here, homecoming dates are all over the place, annnnd its Felix's birthday week. He turns 8 on Saturday! How quickly he has grown up. I have a very slow Monday so I'll be in office working on notes, flyers, and calling past patients. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Where the Floreks live, it was sunny and 78 all weekend. Monday Updates: fall is here and it's been a busy few weeks. I have full office hours this week - Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm. Friday I will be here 930am until 2pm. I had a busy week networking, advertising, and introducing myself to loads of people last week. Friday at Operation Enduring Freedom and Saturday at the Kroger Wellness Festival with the kids. Last week was another one of those weeks where nothing seemed to get done and this week started off broken down 5 minutes away from the house. I had to remind myself - it could always be worse. Anyways, I hope you all had a lovely weekend and let's build on whatever momentum you have. Take a walk while its nice out, hug your loved ones, drink an extra glass of water, and seek positivity.
