The pharmacy refill line is not transferring patients to the pharmacy to talk with staff. We have made the company aware, and they are working on it. Please dial 701-766-1600 and ask to be transferred to the pharmacy. Thank you for your patience with our new refill system.

The Spirit Lake Health Center is located at the heart of the Spirit Lake Nation in Fort Totten North Dakota. We border the southern edge of Devils Lake, known for its great fishing and hunting opportunities. You will also find local color and tradition is still strongly rooted in our history!

The Spirit Lake Health Center is staffed by three full-time Physicians (MD), one podiatrist (MD) and two Nurse Practitioners. These providers are assisted by eight nurses, two case managers, and two clinical appointment medical support assistants. Led by our certified diabetic educators and certified nutritionist, the clinic also runs a comprehensive diabetes prevention program with comprehensive screening, education, and treatment.

We will address questions and concerns posted with replies during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
