Honestly, I get the “I don’t usually tell people this” and “I’m only telling you this because I feel like you won’t judge me” and “I feel like this is therapy” more often than not during a first visit! First visits, doing a deep dive with new patients, is one of my favorite parts of the job. I feel so honored to be so trusted and to get the pieces of who someone is which helps me know how I can help! If you’ve ever done a first visit with me, you probably know exactly what I mean and I’m so grateful for all the honesty and vulnerability that’s shared with me 🫶

We can’t say thank you enough to everyone that has been supporting me (us) while I go through my own major healing season. The support and love that I’ve been shown is otherworldly, truly divine, you all have been the hands, feet and mouths of God for me 🩵 I will miss you all so much next week and can’t wait to see everyone again, starting back on April 13th 🩵

I will be out of the office April 6-10 for my own healing but will be in the office Monday- Friday the week before and week after to make up for lost time 🩵 As always, I’ll be doing my phone free Fridays so make sure you get on the schedule ahead of time for a Friday visit 🩵
