Please welcome our newest Doctor of Physical Therapy, Viktoriia Melnykova!! 🎉

Dr. Melnykova is originally from Ukraine and moved to the United States in 2010. She earned her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of West Florida in 2020 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Florida in 2025. She is passionate about building strong connections with her patients and helping them return to the activities they love through individualized, evidence-based care.
Outside of work, Viktoriia enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors. She has through-hiked the Appalachian Trail, visited 60 countries, and explored 29 U.S. states. She and her husband share a love for hiking and adventure, always looking for their next great destination.

Also, a full circle story. Viktoriia was Axis’s first ever employee as a patient care coordinator back in 2020, prior to going to PT school. We’re so excited you came back to join the team!! 🎉 🎊
