It all comes back to you… remember that… it all comes back to you.
The moment you begin you blame your external circumstances is the moment you should begin to turn your attention inward, and bring a flashlight too. When we can sit and follow in to the discomfort that is our own ugly, shadow, and hurt, we can move forward with empathy, forgiveness, love, and grace.
You must be able to hold you own hand, feel your own heart, and be kind to the pieces of you who have been waiting all along to seen and heard.

So I ask you today; where in your life is the annoyance, frustration, anxiety, or anger? Is it a person, friend, family member, partner, coworker? Is it related to work? Is it generally that the world seems to work against you? Pause now.
Who are YOU when you enter that space, enter a conversation “knowing” this person will push your buttons, “knowing” your boss will ask you to pick up everyone’s slack, “knowing” the barista will get your order wrong (again).
It all comes back to you.
Now maybe you choose not to dig into where inside of you this wound sets deep. But I ask you today to choose that point of discomfort and to reverse the expectation that things will be “bad”. Take a breath, smile, and allow things to … just be :~)
