We offer a special focus on Sinus and Allergy Disorders, Sleep Apnea, vertigo and Hearing Loss. We believe in comprehensive medical management including testing for and treating allergies. With this approach, the majority of patients will not require sinus surgery. To quickly and accurately diagnose our patients, we have the following available:

High definition video imaging of the nose, sinuses, ears and throat
In office CT scanner
Allergy testing
Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center
Audiology

We offer the option of minimally invasive office procedures. Dr. Boole has over 20 years of experience with Balloon Sinuplasty which may allow for the resolution of sinus symptoms with little or no downtime/missed work. For more complex cases, Dr. Boole has privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center with a comprehensive collection of the most advanced surgical instruments. For the advanced treatment of allergies, we offer Sublingual Immunotherapy. This is an effective method of teaching the immune system to be more tolerant to the environment. This therapy is done in your own home without the need for weekly shots or frequent office visits. The diagnosis and treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a passion for Dr. Boole. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine. We offer the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment:

Home Sleep Studies – most people can be diagnosed in the comfort of their own bed

In-lab Sleep studies – available in various locations including, soon in the same building as the ENT clinic. We are an Earlens provider to further assist our patients with their hearing loss. The philosophy of this practice is to provide access to the most up-to-date and effective care available. Your best outcome is our priority.

What a wonderful night!

The NWFENT team gathered for our annual Christmas celebration, and Dr. Boole shared an inspiring review of how many patients each department has cared for this year and what an impact they've made on the community TOGETHER!

We are incredibly proud of the work our nurse practitioners, physician assistant, front desk staff, sleep techs, DPT's, PTA's, medical assistants, and audiologists do every day. All led by an amazing management team of Cindy and Dr. Needler!

🌊💪 Team NWFENT Team Inspiration at the Alabama Coastal Triathlon!

This past weekend, our very own Dr. Boole and PA Bendokas represented Northwest Florida ENT at the Brett Robinson Alabama Coastal Triathlon in Gulf Shores.

🏅 PA Bendokas powered her way to an impressive 3rd place in her age group.
🏅 Dr. Boole showed great grit and finished 4th in his age group.

We’re so proud of their dedication, not only to their patients but also to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
