Hearing Aids, and Balance Therapy Center as well as Sleep Lab onsite Dr. Jason Boole has been caring for patients on the Emerald Coast since 2007 and established Northwest Florida ENT in 2016. Dr. Ryan Sload joined part time in 2021
Dr. George Conley, NeuroOtology joined in 2024

We offer a special focus on Sinus and Allergy Disorders, Sleep Apnea, vertigo and Hearing Loss. We believe in comprehensive medical management including testing for and treating allergies. With this approach, the majority of patients will not require sinus surgery. To quickly and accurately diagnose our patients, we have the following available:

High definition video imaging of the nose, sinuses, ears and throat
In office CT scanner
Allergy testing
Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center
Audiology

We offer the option of minimally invasive office procedures. Dr. Boole has over 20 years of experience with Balloon Sinuplasty which may allow for the resolution of sinus symptoms with little or no downtime/missed work. For more complex cases, Dr. Boole has privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center with a comprehensive collection of the most advanced surgical instruments. For the advanced treatment of allergies, we offer Sublingual Immunotherapy. This is an effective method of teaching the immune system to be more tolerant to the environment. This therapy is done in your own home without the need for weekly shots or frequent office visits. The diagnosis and treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a passion for Dr. Boole. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine. We offer the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment:

Home Sleep Studies – most people can be diagnosed in the comfort of their own bed

In-lab Sleep studies – available in various locations including, soon in the same building as the ENT clinic. We are an Earlens provider to further assist our patients with their hearing loss. The philosophy of this practice is to provide access to the most up-to-date and effective care available. Your best outcome is our priority.

🌟 Welcome Home, Dr. Kelsey Money! 🌟

We are thrilled to officially welcome Dr. Kelsey Money, Au.D. to Northwest Florida ENT!

A Fort Walton Beach native, Dr. Money is deeply committed to improving communication access and hearing health through an individualized, patient-centered approach. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Memphis, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture.

Dr. Money brings broad experience across pediatric and adult audiologic care, with training at respected institutions including the Memphis Speech and Hearing Center, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, and the Memphis Veterans Affairs Hospital. Her clinical expertise spans auditory processing disorders, cochlear implantation, vestibular impairments, and hearing aid treatment and counseling.

Her research interests include improving access to hearing healthcare and advancing best practices in pediatric auditory processing assessments.

Now back home on the Emerald Coast, Dr. Money is excited to serve the community that raised her—empowering patients to hear their best and live life fully. 💙

✨ We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jacquelyn Crysler to our team! ✨

Dr. Crysler earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Auburn University in 2011, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Florida State University. With years of experience serving both adults and children in a wide variety of clinical settings, she brings a deep commitment to helping patients live better through improved hearing.

Her specialties include diagnostic hearing evaluations and the fitting and management of hearing aids. She is passionate about ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their hearing care decisions.

After living across the U.S. (and even abroad!), Dr. Crysler and her family are excited to call the Gulf Coast home. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her cheering on her children at soccer games, running, playing tennis, getting lost in a good book, or soaking up the sunshine on our beautiful beaches.

This past weekend, our very own Dr. Boole and PA Bendokas represented Northwest Florida ENT at the Brett Robinson Alabama Coastal Triathlon in Gulf Shores.

🏅 PA Bendokas powered her way to an impressive 3rd place in her age group.
🏅 Dr. Boole showed great grit and finished 4th in his age group.

We’re so proud of their dedication, not only to their patients but also to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
