Hi there! I’m Shay - a certified pastry chef and long time coral music teacher who finds joy in creating and sharing homemade treats. I’ve been baking for over 25 years, crafting everything from Rich brownies to delicate pastries, cakes, and other desserts with care and passion. It’s truly been a labor of love. When I’m not leading my school choirs in the classroom, you’ll find me in my kitchen, whipping up cookies, brownies, and bars that bring people together. Baking has always been my creative outlet and my way of spreading joy, one bite at a time. Every dessert I make is homemade with care, using simple, quality ingredients.
