Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Pre + Post-Surgery)

✨ Preparing for surgery? Or recovering after one? Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is one of the most supportive things you can do for your body — before and after surgery.

💧 Before SurgeryーGentle MLD helps stimulate your lymphatic system to reduce swelling, clear waste, and prepare your body for a smoother recovery. It’s a proactive way to support your immune system and improve circulation ahead of the procedure.

💧 After Surgery-Whether you’re healing from cosmetic surgery, orthopedic procedures, or general surgery, MLD can:

✔️ Reduce post-op swelling
✔️ Minimize bruising
✔️ Improve comfort
✔️ Promote faster recovery

💆‍♀️ This is a light, rhythmic, and highly specialized technique — not a deep massage — and it’s designed to help your body heal gently and naturally.

💆‍♀️💉When to Start MLD After Surgery

Most surgeons recommend starting MLD 3–7 days after surgery, depending on the procedure and healing factors. MLD helps reduce swelling, supports lymphatic flow, and can improve comfort during recovery. Always follow your surgeon’s specific recommendations for your case.
