We’re excited to begin a brand-new journey with our updated electronic health record (EHR) system! This upgrade will help us serve you better and improve your care experience in the long run.

As we get started, here’s what to expect during your visit:
✨ Longer check-in times at first while we learn the new system
🪪 Please bring your tribal ID and insurance cards
⏰ Arrive 15 minutes early
📝 Be prepared to update your information with Patient Registration
