READ ME!!
Cleaning up a little this morning and uncovered the lost vision board of 2025.

After it fell off the wall twice, I just left it. Something was telling my ideas for the year maybe weren't meant to be.

I found it this morning and realized how accurate this actually was.

NOTHING went according to plan so far. And I often feel like the world is falling off the wall and being shoved under a dusty bed.

BUT...this board now resembles a snake skin that has been shed. Old ideas and beliefs released.

THAT IS 100% ACCURATE FOR THE YEAR.

These last 11 months have been about shedding what no longer serves us and creating the space for what's needed to arrive.

So if you are feeling a bit shredded this November, remember its all divine timing. We have a few more weeks to let go and figure out where to buy stronger glue.

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing just outside of Philadelphia, PA. I have moved into private practice in order to focus on supporting people who may be at a jumping off point for a change they really, really want, but have been afraid to go for it. I want to tell you that NOW is the time, and YES you can do it!

Whether it is deciding to step into sobriety, learning how to connect more deeply with your loved ones, or finding a way to feel joy again, I want to walk beside you if you would like the support. Depression, anxiety, and all the “ick” that can tag along, do not make up who you are. The change and the happiness or well-being you seek are possible. Human beings all have the capacity to live deliberately toward our goals and a life we are meant to enjoy.
