Missed you all!! I took a 2 year break from social media. Can I be honest, life has happened. The good, bad, and everything in-between. This year I said, I will be more present and intentional.
For those that are new to my page. My name is Michelle Williams. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, certified in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have 12 years of experience helping other's navigate through life transitions and relationship issues. During my hiatus I've learned it's ok to start over and adjust. 2. Move at your own pace
3. Take each experience in doses

All friendships and relationships will have their trials and growing pains, but at the end of the day they should make you feel at peace and push you to be your best self. During this ... I say season because this too shall pass! I've learned time is definitely not on our side. I've been guilty of thinking, I'll always have time. I'm motivated to be a better daughter. To spend time with my loved ones, hug them a little tighter, and tell them I love them more often. What are you motivated to do better once this season is over?

Spreading some love. 🎶
This was my last outing almost 2 weeks ago. A moment of transparency. These last couple of weeks have been unreal. I wanted to tell you, to stay encouraged. Love you guys❤ Here are some things I've been doing during this time to keep my mood lifted.

1. Prayer and meditation..my fav
2.Reading
3. Video calls with friends and love one's
4. Turn on my fav music or listen to IG lives with (it was 🔥 last weekend) or your fav dj bring the club to your house.💃🏿
5. Stay positive and take moments of gratitude.
6. Work on projects I've been putting off.
7. Take breaks from social media and news when needed.
8. Working out
