✨ We are extremely grateful this holiday season for the ongoing support from the Community Foundation of Noble County! Thanks to their generosity, Matthew 25 recently received a $5,000 grant to support the health and wellbeing of seniors living in Noble County!

Seniors aged 65 and older often face multiple health challenges such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, arthritis, and cataracts. This funding helps us provide the specialized care they need to improve their quality of life.

We are so grateful to the 15 team members from BIG (The Brand Innovation Group) who volunteered with us today. They jumped in to help with our year‑end medication disposal💊, a huge task that takes many hands. They went above and beyond by scrubbing windows, refreshing displays, and tackling extra clinic cleanup before our annual winter shutdown. Behind the scenes, John and Andy generously donated their time to help bring an exciting new website project to life—something we can’t wait to reveal soon. Thank you, BIG, for your generosity, hard work, and partnership! You make a BIG impact at Matthew 25! ☺️

✨ We are thrilled to share that we have received a $30,000 grant from the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation!

In the 2024–2025 fiscal year, we provided over 1,500 additional patient visits compared to the previous year. Thanks to the support of St. Joseph Community Health Foundation, we can continue meeting the rising demand for high-quality medical and dental care for low-income, uninsured adults in our community.

🚨 Urgent Need!!! 🚨

Matthew 25 is in need of empty gallon jugs, ½ gallon jugs, or 2-liter bottles. These containers are a critical part of our medication disposal process—they ensure expired medications are destroyed safely so our patients continue receiving the highest quality care.

🗓 Deadline: Thursday, December 18th at 12:00 PM. *We close at noon on Thursdays!*
📍 Drop-off Location: Front Desk of Matthew 25

This is a simple but powerful way to support our mission outside of volunteering or monetary donations.

The Matthew 25 team celebrated Christmas together at our staff party last week! We enjoyed a delicious lunch, shared plenty of holiday cheer, and of course our legendary gift exchange, with multiple steals allowed, no present was safe!🎁🎅🎄

It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, joy, and the spirit of the season✨. We’re grateful for the chance to come together as a team, celebrate our blessings, and make memories that will carry us into the new year.

Please check your medication supply! Matthew 25 will be closed Monday, December 22nd - Friday, January 2nd. We will resume normal clinic hours on Monday, January 5th, 2026. To have prescription refills ready for pick up on December 19th before our winter closure, requests must be called in by Monday, December 15th.

✨ Community Partner Spotlight ✨

Matthew 25 collaborates with over 90 community partners to provide the very best care for our patients.

One of our incredible partners, Francine's Friends, was onsite in our parking lot last week. Their mobile coach brings convenient, 3D screening mammograms right to our community—offering privacy and accessibility for this important test, which takes only about 15 minutes!

🌟 And this is just the beginning! We’ll continue to feature our amazing community partners, highlighting the vital role they play in helping us serve our patients and build healthier communities.

Matthew 25 Health and Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our mission-driven team. We are offering 15–36 hours per week and the chance to make a lasting impact by providing free healthcare to uninsured, low-income residents in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

She turned 78 this week! Sister Francisca is a wonderful volunteer who serves as an interpreter and helps around the clinic with many other tasks whenever needed. We are so grateful for the support and talents she shares with Matthew 25—her kindness and dedication make a big difference every day.
