We teamed up with .juice to get photos of all our therapists working in the new room, to show you its features and how you can expect work to look with Julia, now that she works exclusively from the table.

Who remembers this?

Nearly 2.5 years ago we held our first Art + Dance Experience.

Over time we grew our event with more music, more art and vendors, and a bigger venue. We eventually had unique beverages and delicious food.

All while adhering to a commitment to cultivate an alcohol feee adult environment.

In that time we learned A LOT! How to manage garbage, emergencies, and when things don’t go as expected.

We learned what works and what doesn’t — when keeping a large group of adults entertained and engaged in a culture where booze is the go to social lubricant.

Stay tuned, I’m working on crafting a program that could support you in leading your next biggest idea.

The world needs more intentional indie-organized events, and you need to do it in a sustainable way that creates abundance for all.

Creating art is deeply gratifying. There’s no denying that.

When we give ourselves space to get lost in the creative process, we lose our sense of time and place. In that space, something shifts. A sense of rejuvenation can arise as we begin seeing and thinking about things differently.

When we release the pressure to create something perfect and give ourselves permission to simply follow our expression — to make art for art’s sake — a beautiful window of possibility opens.

Within that window, we can heal, mend, let go, and even birth something new. It’s a powerful opportunity for those who feel called to it.

Your likes and dislikes are not fixed. You can learn to love the things that are most supportive for your well-being.

With a gentle consistency and an understanding mentality, lasting change happens with small (and sometimes big) choices.

Ultimately we need to have patience, find balance, and be ready to make mistakes.

This Sunday morning we start a new monthly ecstatic dance in collaboration with In-Body Connection. You can come as early at 9:45 to get a cup of coffee, with a warm-up starting at 10am. We circle up for the dance at 10:30am, and will adjourn by noon.

Let go of the stresses from the previous week, and ignite your fire for the week to come. There are less than 10 spots left, so reserve your spot in advance to be a part of this special opportunity to move and groove to a live DJ mix by PUMAS in a new and dear space.

In-Body Connection is located on Wells Street in the old Smokey’s Record Shop. It has beautiful natural lighting, sound protection, and a private relaxation area.
