This is a guided healing art workshop where you will be using implements provided by your hosts. The goal of this time is to connect to a deeper part of you that need expressing and letting that happen through art. There will be guided embodiment practices incorporated throughout the creative arts process to assist in connection.

Registration is now open for our quarterly offering of Embodied Dance Movement with Julia of Tulip Tree Collective! Embodiment practices, like this form of dance, allows for you to connect to your emotions within your body and allow them to move through you, rather than get stuck in your body. No experience is necessary and practice is offered both in a seated format as well as standing on the floor. Express and shift your mood through dance! Prenatal Massage 🤰🫄🫃

Although not necessary for a healthy pregnancy, massage can be a soothing option for a busy mind and sore body.

The work is intentional, gentle and relaxing. Done with supports to bring comfort to the mama to be.

Focused work is available if there are specific pain points that are especially debilitating.

When you arrive for your appointment, you are welcome to hang out in our cozy lobby and help yourself to tea, water, and snacks.

We also have a spacious bathroom with a commercial bidet that you are free to change your clothes in, if you so choose.
