It was so great to have all of these expecting couples join us last weekend for our February Comfort Measures class! Who wants to join us next month?

I love helping couples learn how to work together during labor and birth. In our Comfort Measures class, partners learn practical ways to support their women through every stage of labor, while moms build confidence in trusting their bodies and moving freely.
My hope is to help families experience a calmer, more connected, and empowered birth—together.
