The holidays are a wonderful time to pause and give thanks for the blessings God places in our lives such as the people we share life with, the moments that shape us, and the grace that carries us through each day. It’s a season that reminds us to lift our eyes and recognize His faithfulness in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.
But we also know this time of year can feel lonely for some. Maybe you’re missing someone, walking through a transition, or just feeling disconnected. If that’s where you find yourself, please know that you are not forgotten or alone. God sees you, loves you, and understands you.
If the holidays feel heavy, here are a few gentle tips:
Lean into God’s presence and allow Him to be with you. Pray, blast some of your favorite worship songs, dive into your Bible or just sit in silence and be with Him.
Reach out to someone you trust, even with a short text or call because connection matters.
Finding a way to serve or encourage others can also bring meaning and community when you need it most.
This season, may you experience God’s peace in real and comforting ways, and may you be reminded that you are loved, seen, and have incredible worth!
