📣 We’re Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN)

In Harmony Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our growing home health agency through the Medicaid certification process, with future preparation for Medicare certification, while also providing direct skilled nursing care.

✨ Position Highlights:
• Flexible schedule
• Paid per visit
• Minimal office requirements
• Small patient load
• Supportive, family-like company

🩺 RN Responsibilities:
• Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments
• Perform weekly to bi-weekly skilled nursing visits
• Develop, update, and oversee plans of care
• Complete required supervisory and recertification visits
• Ensure documentation complies with Indiana Medicaid and state home health regulations
• Assist with clinical compliance for Medicaid and Medicare readiness

📋 Requirements:
• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum of 2 years home health care experience
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
