Lisa Linnette Toth, age 61, of Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Lisa was born on January 2, 1965, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She attended Emmanuel Lutheran School and later Northern Community College in West Virginia. Lisa worked as a shredding supervisor for WATCH, where she helped support and employ adults with developmental disabilities. She later served for seven years as the lead chef for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston.
Lisa had a deep love for music, which brought joy and comfort to her life. She found happiness in the simple pleasures like spending time in the kitchen preparing meals for those she loved and creating lasting memories through family vacations (that she loved to plan). Known for her caring and compassionate nature, Lisa had a remarkable gift for nurturing others and always put the needs of those around her before her own. Above all, she treasured the time she spent with her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world and the greatest source of her pride and joy.
Lisa is survived by her children, Maegan (Griffith) Lesnock, Corey (Sara) Toth, Aubrey “Bonni” (Lyss) Bienvenu, and James “Jimmy” Fish; her grandchildren, Cade Toth, Kallie Butler, Bristol Toth, and Lakyn Butler; her sisters, Melodie Bonar, Penny Baumgartner-Mark, Margo (Ron) Scott, and Lori Stockman (Tori Ruch); her brothers, Steve Pepple and Kevin Stockman; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Luella Pepple; her siblings, David Pepple and Robin Pepple; her brothers-in-law, Terry Bonar, Rocky Mark, and Jan Baumgartner; and her sister-in-law, Tina Pepple.
In accordance with Lisa’s wishes, cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time.
Arrangements and care have been entrusted to Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
