How often would I visit the PACE Center as a Participant?

Visits to the PACE Center are based on need. The Interdisciplinary Team will conduct comprehensive assessments once you enroll in the program to determine how often you will visit the PACE Center and receive clinical and social care.

Remember, PACE Participants receive transportation to and from their homes courtesy of wheelchair-equipped PACE vans.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing home care. Our Interdisciplinary Team of clinical and social specialists develop a personalized plan of care to enable the Participant to remain at home and support their caregiver.

No, you keep your check! PACE only needs your income information if we are completing a Medicaid application or assisting during your redetermination period with FSSA.

PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) utilizes your Medicare Part A & B and Medicaid benefits to cover the cost of services.
