A patient came in today with lower back pain, hurting more while she was bending/ twisting…

Wonder why leg checks are important? This helps me see WHERE and WHAT is going on, which then helps know how to adjust accordingly.

It turns out, she had a couple different rotations in the sacrum and hip area that were causing this pain to radiate out. We hooked her up with an amazing adjustment and some stretches and will see her for a (no charge) recheck later this evening.
