The holidays can feel heavy, and that’s okay.

For some, it’s the first year without a loved one. For others, it’s memories of how life used to be. It can be hard to feel thankful on a day meant to inspire gratitude.

If you’re carrying that weight, know you’re not alone. Here’s a simple breathing technique (pranayama) to help ease those tough moments this holiday season—or anytime you need it:

✨ Two sips of an inhale, one long exhale.
✨ Repeat 3-12 times.

This practice calms the nervous system, reminding your body to relax and that you’re safe.

And if you’re feeling light and ready to share love with those around you, honor that too. Just like the challenging moments, joy is temporary—it deserves to be celebrated while it’s here.

All emotions are part of the human experience. Honor them, feel them, and let them flow. 💛

We’re so excited to welcome you to our new studio at , but we’re still waiting on final permits and inspections to be completed. Construction is moving forward, but we don’t have an exact opening date just yet.

Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate these final steps. We can’t wait to share this beautiful new space with you soon!

In the meantime, don’t forget we offer classes seven days a week at the beautiful Bell Mansion —and now is the best time to grab your membership! Lock in our current rates for the next year before prices increase after the move. Stay tuned for more updates!
