It's sleep awareness week, and we wanted to highlight the relationship of grief and sleep. Not only does grief itself impact sleep, but many of the other physical symptoms of grief can impact sleep as well. Sleep disruption can also impact the grief process and your mental health. There are a few tools for sleep and of course, we are always here for you, wherever you are on your grief journey. All of our programs and services are available to adults who have experienced a death-related loss, free of charge.
