Today is the last day to register for our annual Winterlude event. This half-day event focuses on preparing for the winter months with your grief. You'll have a chance to create a grief first aid plan and experience some tools to help you cope when you feel stuck indoors. Registration is required to attend. For those who observe the holiday, we wish you a peaceful Thanksgiving. While it is a time of gratitude, it can also be a time for reflection and remembrance of those who may not be around the table this year. Although our offices are closed today, you can begin your grief journey by clicking the Learn More button at the top of our page and completing any counseling or program enrollment forms you'd like. This is the last week to register for the upcoming Wellness Cohort. Take a holistic approach to understand how grief can impact behaviors you may have tried to change. Create a wellness vision to help guide gentle goals to help replenish the areas of life you feel depleted in. Each participant can choose to schedule 3 individual coaching sessions with the facilitator after the cohort, to be used within the quarter. Registration is required to attend.
