Maple Heights Behavioral Health We will offer several levels of care, including inpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Maple Heights Behavioral Health is a treatment center located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that will provide comprehensive care for adolescents, adults, and seniors who are seeking inpatient or outpatient services. Maple Heights Behavioral Health will offer evidence-based treatment that will address a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and posttraumatic st

ress disorder (PTSD). Our treatment center will include specific units for adolescents, adults, and senior adults to ensure that each patient receives the age-appropriate support they need. Patients will be able to receive 24-hour support as they work to achieve stabilization. Our PHP and IOP will offer outpatient options for those who can benefit from a structured therapy schedule with the flexibility to return home when not in sessions. Our expert team will be dedicated to ensuring that each patient receives the personalized care they need to achieve their treatment goals.
