Just an FYI...getting a massage can help. ✌️
SCIENCE AS TO WHY: Good luck to those of you with pressure sensitivities! From highs in the 70s to lows in the 20s, next week has it all.
Ever wonder why your joints start aching right before the clouds roll in? It’s not magic, it’s physics!
Think of barometric pressure as an invisible blanket pressing against your body. When the pressure drops, that "weight" is lifted. This allows your tissues, tendons, and joint fluids to slightly expand. Since your skin and bones don't expand with them, it puts extra pressure on your nerves.
The result? That "Pressure Roller Coaster" feeling of stiff joints, heavy heads, and low energy. You aren't just imagining it... your body is literally reacting to the weight of the air!
This is most common with low pressure. Low pressure is often associated with active weather. So, on my 7-day forecast, look for the days that have rain chances. Those are likely the worst days for you folks that deal with pressure sensitivities.
