📢 Calling all individuals, loved ones, and advocates 📢

As we've already seen, advocating after decisions have been made, is not effective. Instead it results in caps to services. We NEED individuals and caregivers to be part of the conversation BEFORE changes are made. We highly recommend that you take part in these meetings and make your opinions known. Sky Point Social Services is looking for a dedicated leader to join our team! This position will make a real impact in our community by overseeing Sky Point Social Services' Waiver Services, supporting staff, and ensuring person-centered care for individuals in BMAN and Supported Living programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Waiver Services, including supervising staff
- Strong knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs
- Commitment to Sky Point’s values and mission

- Community-focused mindset with a dedication to making a difference
