This started as a diet… but it turned into a personal journey.
I’m now 8 months into the Modified Carnivore Diet, and I just hit 249 lbs—a weight I haven’t seen since before my youngest son was born. My blood work has improved, my belt is tighter than ever, and I feel better overall—no joint pain, better sleep, more energy.
Most importantly, I feel healthier. That was the goal from the beginning. I want to be around for my kids, my future grandkids, and beyond.
