🙋🏻Who agrees? Alcohol was never my real problem, but my escape for stress, social anxiety, boredom, working too much, overwhelm, etc. Treat the REAL problem with a better SOLUTION.

New SOLUTIONS to consider:
- Exercise
- Meditation
- Scheduled "Me Time"
- Morning Routine
- Setting Boundaries
- Talking walks in nature
- Connecting with my sober community
- Repeating "accept the things I can't change"
- Asking for help/Therapy
- Playing the Tape Forward

What We’re Looking For:

→ Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
