As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely entirely on the generosity of donors like you to care for our horses, some of whom are rescued, and provide them a home filled with love and care. As children visit the Ranch and take part in barn chores, they learn about horse anatomy, horse health, care and safety. More importantly, they learn life skills, compassion for animals and the value of teamwork.

Dear Ranch ,

What a year 2025 has been! We've seen a lot of challenges and many, many breakthroughs in kids' lives. And 2026 looks to be even bigger and better! But right now, we need your end-of-year giving that will make a difference in these young kids who need what we offer.

Like eight-year-old Drake. Drake's mom brought him to the Ranch in hope that our program could help with his focus and confidence. The effect was remarkable! Within minutes he responded as we groomed and did chores. When it came time to ride, he was anxious, but within a few steps, he was smiling ear to ear with courage (His mom was in tears).

There are so many more kids out there that desperately need our programs, and your support makes breakthroughs like Drake's possible. The horses look especially nosy tonight, wondering what Santa has to bring them! They all have been so good all year long, helping kids to Dream Bigger! Seasons Greetings and Merry Christmas to you and yours from Tank, Ace, Blue, Doc, Piper, Dolly and Lil Jake, as well as all the rest of our wonderful volunteers at Dare To Dream Youth Ranch!

Tank isn't afraid of a little snow...in fact, with his winter coat, he loves to breathe the crisp winter air! He also loves to make snow horse angels when he gets the chance. Oh, Tank! He can't wait for the next batch of kids to come to the ranch and give him some love! Stay cozy, friends!

Let's all wish Blue a happy 22nd birthday! Blue is an American Mustang, and was actually blue in his early life, which changed into his white coat with specks. He's a favorite of the kids and easy going, too. His personality is the "Eyore" of the Ranch, and he sports an actual mustache if you look closely at his nose. What a character...we love you Blue. Happy Birthday!
