This week, Santa’s helper from Golden Years was out delivering smiles (and delicious cinnamon rolls from Taste of Tradition) while visiting our wonderful care and referral partners. We’re so grateful for the relationships that help us serve our residents and families so well.

We’re proud to share his testimony, where he talks about successfully completing rehab with us and feeling stronger than ever. Joe highly recommends Golden Years Rehab, and we’re so grateful to have been part of his journey.

In our Healthcare building, residents and patients receive compassionate, personalized rehabilitation services — including physical, occupational, and speech/language therapy. With the latest equipment, a dedicated therapy gym, and an incredible team of licensed therapists, we help individuals regain strength, confidence, and independence.

We’re honored to walk alongside each person on their road to recovery — just like Joe. 💛

It was a special evening spent celebrating the season alongside our healthcare residents and their families, sharing good food, warm conversation, and joyful moments together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so meaningful. ❤️

We were so happy to warmly welcome the Fort Wayne Children’s Choir to Golden Years! 🎶🎄

Our residents were filled with joy as they listened to — and even sang along with — beloved Christmas songs. The beautiful voices and cheerful spirit brought so much warmth and happiness to our community.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Children’s Choir for sharing their time, talent, and holiday joy with us. It truly meant so much to everyone! ❤️
