Success Story! 🌟

Robert Scott is an amazing example of IDT success here at Canterbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. When Robert admitted to us in August 2025, he required total assistance for all functional tasks and ADLs. He could not walk and was dependent on staff for functional mobility. He also had multiple wounds, which caused him a great deal of pain.

Over the last five months of hard work with therapy and wellness, Robert is now dressing and grooming himself and walking safely throughout the facility with a walker. The nursing team helped get all of his wounds healed, and he is now almost a new man!

Robert was so excited to be able to go on visits with his family, walking to the car and no longer needing his wheelchair. He has made friends with other residents and truly enjoys his stay at Canterbury. It is always a pleasure to have him in the gym.
