Hello everyone! I'm missing many of your smiling faces still! So at Integrative Health, our front desk crew has continued to be overwhelmed and short-staffed...I don't think they were prepared for how many would want to follow me. So a new policy has been implemented with my patients: that I can now do the first day exams on some of you, in order take pressure off of our amazing nurses' schedules. The new patient exam codes are 99202 or 99203 if you need to check with your insurance about cost. We're back in the office Monday at 9am, hope to see you soon!

Ok patients, I'm posting this on my personal page and Village Chiropractic's page...a huge issue with Integrative health's phone system has been found! Apparently it is not saving voice-mails, so if you've been calling and not getting an actual person to answer, we probably don't know you have been calling or want to get on the schedule to be seen!!! Anyone who contacts me through messenger will be forwarded to head of the line...I'm so sorry that some of you have fallen through this crack!

We are aware of a "glitch" on the Jane app portal that isn't showing bills for massage therapy, we're working on it! For chiro care you can still make your payment online, or you can mail your payments to: Village Chiropractic PO BOX 104 Waterloo IN 46793 Thank you all for 20 amazing years!!!

Here's a heads up on our schedule until our permanent closure. Final day is Fri Oct. 17th: Closed Fri Sept 19th, Closed Thurs Sept 25th, Closed Wed Oct 8th. Altered hours Wed Oct 1st, open 3-7pm.
