This class is slow, gentle, and trauma-sensitive. All are welcome.

It is intended to give an opportunity for mindful self-care to anyone who may need it: social workers, activists, teachers, librarians, nonprofit folks. Donations accepted.

About the instructor: I (Bethany) am a full-time social worker and long-time yoga practitioner. I like to lead classes that focus on mindfulness and intentional movement that are accessible to all bodies and experience levels. I incorporate the principles of Trauma Sensitive Yoga to promote safety, interoception, and non-coercion.
