Our range has been the home to friend groups, businesses, churches, police departments, military groups, but our most important group is training the individual US citizen, you 🫵.

Over the past month, this student has he put in the work. Small corrections have turned into healthier habits. We’ve seen intentional thinking begin to turn into instinctive action.

This is why personalized coaching matters with a motivated student. Said this MANY TIMES, “In a critical incident you don’t rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to your lowest level of training.”

Yes our training is fun and is a great way to bring friends closer together…but our training is also creating RESPONSIBLE and CAPABLE US 🇺🇸 citizens…our neighbors, coworkers, congregations, family and friends are SAFER because of this training.

Shout out to for standing beside each student we bring to our range. It was a really cool moment to have the regional manger stop by our range yesterday at this session just to support a single student who too is part of the family.

🚨 Strong belief WARNING ⚠️ If your church/business is relying on “someone who was in the military once” to handle your safety training, you’re not saving money…you’re creating liability. 😳

Good intentions don’t hold up in court. Documented, credible training does. We FULLY support internal safety team leaders running drills, maintenance, and weekly readiness. That’s essential. But when it comes to certifications and formal training, it cannot be informal, outdated, or unverified.

It must be conducted by licensed, insured instructors with real-world experience and nationally recognized credentials.
Because when something goes wrong, the questions won’t be about effort, they’ll be about standards, qualifications, and accountability.

At Fries Consulting, we don’t just train, we stand beside you. Our students receive instruction that we are prepared to defend in court. You don’t need the most expensive solution. You need the right one. ☝️

Let’s be realistic. You aren’t paying for unformed police presence at all events because it costs too much. Who fills that gap or supplements those officers when the are present….YOU.

If YOU are not practicing, YOU are wrong and a liability. 🚨

“Turn the other cheek” is often misconstrued; we hear this verse a LOT alluding to allowing yourself and your family to be attacked.

*Disclaimer* 99% of these comments come from faceless internet accounts with courage behind the veil of social media anonymity from private accounts with no profile picture, friends, or posts.

Jesus was not telling His followers to stand by and accept abuse. 😳 Seriously, read on 👀

In the time of this verse, a backhand strike to the right cheek was an insult, meant to demean and establish dominance. Turning the other cheek wasn’t submission… it was defiance with dignity.

It forced the aggressor into a decision:
Strike again, but now as an equal, or stop altogether.

“You don’t control my worth. You don’t define my honor.”
Honor doesn’t come from man, it comes from God🚨

And there’s more… 👀
Turning the other cheek also means facing your attacker head-on, not being caught off guard or ambushed. It is a posture of awareness, presence, and readiness (what stands for)

Not fear. ✅
Not retreat. ✅

We teach that faith and preparedness are not opposites, they are 💯 aligned.
