I would love to learn about health and wellness with you through the holistic practice of awareness. I hope you will follow along my journey of understanding wellness. Despite being an RN I find that it is incredibly important to continue learning how to support my wellness by awareness of MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT. Modern medicine is wonderful when we need it, but just like physicians say "Prevention is the best medicine." I hope following this page you are able to gain some insight into supporting your body systems. If there is a topic you would like to see covered please message me!

I couldn't believe what my Samsung TV was tracking. Not just my viewing habits, but every device on my Wi-Fi networkβ€”even my neighbors! It's accessing everything it can get its hands on. Let's just say, I made some modifications to keep the great picture without the privacy concerns.
